1. Cancellation Before Processing
If you cancel your translation request before an Al-Khat operative has commenced work on your document, you are eligible for a full 100% refund, minus any unrecoverable payment gateway transaction fees.
2. Mid-Process Cancellations
Because translation requires immediate human expertise, any order cancelled after it has been marked "Processing" in the system will only be eligible for a partial refund based on the percentage of the document already translated.
3. Certified Stamping Non-Refundable
- Once a document has been translated, proofread, and officially stamped with the Al-Khat Al-Mudi certified seal, no refunds can be issued.
- If an embassy or institution rejects a document due to an error strictly on our part (e.g., typographical error in translation), we will revise and re-certify the document at absolutely no additional cost to you.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed and returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your banking institution.
